Mr. Bilteryst has been working in Asia for the past 14 years. Mr. Bilteryst joined Christofle in 2007 as the Head of Asia Pacific based in Shanghai. Christofle has been set up in China for more than 15 years through retail, wholesale and B2B (hotels and restaurants). Prior to joining Christofle, Mr. Bilteryst has held assignments as GM for foreign invested companies in China, including Fortune 500. Since 2009, Mr. Bilteryst has been elected twice board member of French Chamber of Commerce in China. Mr. Bilteryst has also been appointed Vice President of China Luxury Industry Association in 2011.

Alessandro Paparelli (M.I.H.R.M.), is Regional HR Director, Asia Pacific for Salvatore Ferragamo. Based in Hong Kong, he has responsibility over regional headquarters in HK and all staff in Greater China, Australia, South East Asia and Korea regarding the whole spectrum of HR issues: organizational development, training, recruiting, communication, compensation & benefits, payroll, personnel administration, planning & control. He’s member of the Management Board and reports directly to the Regional CEO.
He previously worked at Ferragamo headquarters in Florence as Organizational Development Manager, after a career in Management Consulting (EOS) and in Academy at Bocconi University of Milan.

Sahr Johnny is the General Manager of Worldtempus.cn, the official website of famous watch brands. Worldtempus.cn is part of the Edipresse Group, a Swiss publishing company founded in 1765 with 180 magazine titles published in 14 countries. Prior to joining Worldtempus.cn in 2012, Sahr worked in advertising and was previously Head of Digital at Monocle Communications and Digital Business Director at McCann Worldgroup in Shanghai where he served global clients such as Exxon Mobil, Goodyear, Lufthansa and UPS. Prior to that Sahr served as a Senior Copywriter and Creative Group Head at McCann Worldgroup in Hong Kong serving Asia Miles, Cathay Pacific, Intel, Microsoft and Marriott Hotels & Resorts.
The former journalist graduated with a B.Sc. in Economics (with Honors) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London and has lived in China for over 20 years.

She is very experienced in International equine event management and horse racing. She was an official for the Equestrian events at The 2008 Beijing Olympics Games and Paralympics. Meiwa went to Hartpury College in the UK and became the first Chinese to hold a bachelors degree in Equine Business Management. She also holds The British Racing Secretary qualification.
